3.      2.  A check for $100 will be written to the Minnesota Annual Conference, noting the campers name in the memo line, and mailed to you.

4.      3. Fill out the Camp Registration, page 23 of the Camp Minnesota brochure, or register online at www.campminnesota.org.

5.      4.  Mail the registration form with the check from the church to reserve your spot, or online registrants please just mail the check to the Minnesota Annual Conference, UMC Camping Office, 122 W. Franklin Ave, #400, Minneapolis, MN 55404-2453.
