Curriculum Children learn in a variety of ways. Rock Solid engages young hearts and minds with age-appropriate multi-sensory activities, crafts, stories, and games, all designed to give children an opportunity to know God through Jesus. Rock Solid is a Bible based curriculum with monthly themes developed by Cokesbury. It teaches from United Methodist theology. Rock Solid is a comprehensive overview of the Bible for preschoolers through older elementary children, covering the major stories of the Bible over three years. Each week, the children encounter a Bible story, helping them to understand the Scripture and apply it to their daily lives. The outline of Bible stories follows the church year, so children fully experience stories of Christmas, Holy Week, Easter, and Pentecost.
